Их общий объём — около 35 млрд USD: 22,5 млрд приходятся на акции класса A, ещё 12,5 млрд — на депозитарные акции, представляющие конвертируемые привилегированные бумаги. Поступления за акции класса A предусмотрены при будущих расчётах с покупателями.
Отдельно компания планирует программу постепенной продажи акций на рынке объёмом около 60 млрд USD. Соглашение о ней ещё не заключено, сроки и окончательные условия не определены.
