регулятор заблокировал сделку Microsoft c Activision Blizzard. В своём финальном отчёте британский регулятор СМА пришёл к выводу, что 69-миллиардная сделка навредит рынку облачного гейминга, инновациям и разнообразию выбора для игроков. Microsoft заявила, что разочарована таким решением регулятора и будет подавать апелляцию.
Помимо СМА против сделки продолжает выступать Федеральная торговая комиссия США, которая подала иск в суд, чтобы также заблокировать её.
