К концу 2027 года число сотрудников группы Swedbank может уменьшиться примерно на 500 человек, из них около 100 — в странах Балтии, сообщает LSM. Латвийское подразделение банка при этом заявляет, что массовых увольнений не планирует.
Представительница Swedbank Latvija Кристине Чекстере пояснила LTV: прогноз учитывает перестройку бизнес-процессов и естественную текучесть кадров. По её словам, в банке остаётся много открытых вакансий.
